Welcome to Medical Cosmetic Enhancements, where Dr. Drew Varano and his associates perform minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Many are considered “lunchtime” treatments and can be done in 30 minutes or less. Most treatments focus on cosmetic lasers for facial rejuvenation, skin tightening and body contouring. Since 2003, Dr Varano has performed over 600 thermage procedures and 1000 Fraxel treatments alone. We are the first physician owned practice in Washington DC Metro area to offer SlimLipo laser liposuction. We also offer Botox®, Dysport® and several types of injectable fillers for non-surgical improvements. * Visia Complexion Skin Care Analysis- photographic computer analysis of your skin imperfections such as wrinkles, texture, bacteria, pore size, UV damage and spots. Dr Varano also serves as the director at several Medical Spas, performing most of the treatments. If your time is limited, most treatments can be completed during your normal lunch hour with no downtime.
